Wine Week at Flemings Hotel – Mayfair, London

For a seriously sumptuous Wine Week experience, head to the luxury boutique hotel Flemings in the heart of London’s Mayfair. This chic hotel boasts some serious culinary excellence in the form of Michelin-starred head chef Shaun Rankin and Director of Wine Andreas Rosendal (we want his job!). This dream team have worked together to create a gorgeous limited-edition menu featuring the best of seasonal produce. Their delectable dishes are paired with some of the best wines in the UK, sourced from across the Ridgeview, Gusbourne, Albourne and Denbies wine estates.
Amazing, right? But if you’re a discerning wine connoisseur looking for something really special, then never fear … Andreas himself is also hosting a series of tastings in the hotel’s underground wine cellar, The Barrel Room. The room itself is one of the building’s original cellars and dates back to 1851 (this just gets better, doesn’t it!). Here, you can enjoy a canapé or two whilst Andreas works through five of his very favourite English wines with you.
