Explore the Champagne region by bicycle in a journey rich in diversity with this 7-day tour.
At the heart of the Champagne area, marked by French history, arts and culture, you will meet men and women, happy to share their passion love of their region and their knowledge.
The whole region is marked by the omnipresence of the vineyards. Enjoy the shimmering countryside during your cycling tour between the Marne Valley and the Montagne de Reims Natural Park. The Champagne region also has a fabulous religious heritage, the jewel of which is the Gothic Cathedral of Reims.
Itinerary:
Day 1: Upon arrival at the hotel in Reims, you will receive a tour package with instructions and the essentials to have a successful tour (road-book, maps, tourist information).
Day 2: Reims - Tours sur Marne ~ 40km
After breakfast, depart to the city of Tours sur Marne through the typical vineyards and villages of the Montagne de Reims: Mailly Champagne, Verzenay, Bouzy. Overnight stay.
Day 3: Tours sur Marne - Epernay ~ 12km
Enjoy a delicious breakfast, before embarking on a short and easy ride to Epernay, alongside the Marne canal. You will have time in the afternoon to visit some of the most impressive cellars in Epernay. Overnight stay in Epernay.
Day 4: Epernay - Vertus ~ 25km
After breakfast, depart to the south of Epernay, the area planted with the chardonnay grape variety and used for production of champagnes blanc de blancs, guarantee of delicacy, freshness, finesse and elegance for the champagne. Overnight stay in Vertus.
Day 5: Vertus – Condé en Brie ~ 40km
Today you will continue your way to the east of Epernay in the Marne Valley, a region planted with grape varieties of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. Once you get to Condé en Brie, a visit to the Chateau de Condé, is a must. You will discover the fascinating history of this House of Princes: the Princes of Condé region, Richelieu, Olympe and her mysterious “powders". Overnight stay.
Day 6: Condé en Brie - Reims ~ 55km
Enjoy breakfast, before making your way through the “Montagne de Reims” back to Reims. Overnight stay in Reims.
Day 7: Departure

Cancellation Policy
For a modification of a confirmed booking, it will be invoiced fees based on : 40 Euros per booking.
For any cancellation, it will be invoiced fees on the following bases :
If cancellation arrives 42 days before the beginning of the tour: 40€ per booking
Between 42 and 30 days: 200€ per booking
Between 30 and 21 days: 25% of the total amount of the trip
Between 21 and 14 days: 50% of the total amount of the trip
Between 14 and 0 days: 100% of the total amount of the trip
