Discover the beautiful Wine Road of the "Bergstrasse", one of Germany's 13 wine regions, located just 10 minutes outside of Heidelberg on this half-day wine tour.
 
Heidelberg is located at the very top of the Baden wine region, the sunniest of all of Germany's 13 wine regions and as such is a beautiful and esteemed wine area. The vineyards are located along the gentle hills of the Odenwald Forest, known as the 'Badische Bergstrasse' one of the 9 sub-regions of the 400 km long Baden Wine Region.
 
On this tour, you will visit at least 4 wineries within 15 minutes of Heidelberg including the Max Jäck winery in the picturesque village of Schreisheim. Here you will get a personal tour of the winery from Max himself & an insight into the life of a family-run winery.
 
Your next stop will be the Winzergenossenschaft (Wine Co-op) of Schreisheim to taste wines from the 16 different grape varieties they cultivate.
