Day 1: Arrival and check-in to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing.
Day 2: Discover Lisbon and visit the 16th-century Jerónimo’s Monastery (UNESCO), the Monument to the Discoveries, honouring intrepid Portuguese explorers and their patrons, and the impressive Belem Tower (UNESCO).
Visit an old patisserie that has managed to hold on to the secret recipe of Portugal’s finest pastry for over 100 years and enjoy a demonstration and tasting of the famous ‘pastéis de Belem’.
Its unique narrow streets, lined with whitewashed chapels and white houses edged in blue, are the perfect place for thoughtful wandering. Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival and check-in to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing.
Day 2: Discover Lisbon and visit the 16th-century Jerónimo’s Monastery (UNESCO), the Monument to the Discoveries, honouring intrepid Portuguese explorers and their patrons, and the impressive Belem Tower (UNESCO).

Day 3: Your day on Portugal’s “Silver Coast” begins in the medieval walled town of Óbidos village, surrounded by medieval walls and by its whitewashed houses. Don’t forget to drink Ginja, a Portuguese liqueur made by infusing ginja berries, the second most popular alcoholic drink in Portugal after the Port wine.
Visit the imposing sanctuary of Fátima, a centre of Catholic faith and destination for pilgrims from across the world.
Day 4: Elected Best European Destination 2012 by the European citizens, Porto, is full of history, architecture, culture, gastronomy, trade, encounters and discoveries.
Go on a walking tour in Porto and visit the city’s historical centre of world heritage and monuments including Torre dos Clérigos, Livraria Lello e Irmão, Avenida dos Aliados, Estação de S. Bento, Ponte Luís I, Sé Catedral, Bairro da Sé and Ribeira.
Enjoy a brief presentation of the olive oil sector in Portugal with technical proof of three Portuguese olive oils. In the afternoon you will also enjoy a Port wine tasting.
Day 5: You will have some free time to explore Porto at your own pace. After lunch, you will travel to Arcos de Valdevez rural village. Enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel. 
Day 6: Participate in a cooking workshop in the rural hotel Casas da Li. The hotel's owner is Lígia Santos, the first winner of Masterchef Portugal.
Have a picnic basket for lunch in the middle of nature. Visit a wine farm and enjoy a wine tasting. Dinner will be served at the hotel. 
Day 7: Participate in Broa de Milho workshop (bread cooking class) befire enjoying a delicious lunch in the rural hotel (slow food). Free time in Braga. 
Day 8: Transfer to Oporto Airport. Departure.

Payment Policy

An invoice will be issued upon confirmation of services.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking.

Until a deposit has been received, no services can be guaranteed.

Group bookings (block bookings, groups, etc.): Deposit requirements may vary. Initial deposits will apply as necessary to cover the cost of any hotel reservations or special services that require early payment in order to secure the reservation/booking (seasonal variances in suppliers’ terms and conditions policies will also be taken into account).

Confirmation of final numbers is required no later than 30 days prior to arrival of the group.

30 Days Prior to Arrival Date: Full payment for the trip is required (All program types).

We reserve the right to ask for additional early payment to cover the cost of any special services, which require early payment in order to secure the reservation.

Any bookings/services confirmed by us to the client during the trip planning stage are subject to availability if payment has not been received as per the above payment schedule.

Currency conversion is supplied as a guide only; the exchange rate used by your bank may vary. The final payment will be charged in the local or original local currency shown.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made in writing. The following charges and refunds will apply when cancellation is made after the booking is confirmed 
If a trip is canceled more than 90 days prior to start date:
• Any cancellation fees, surcharges, or non-refundable deposits charged to Eco Trilha Viagens e Turismo by individual hotels or other third parties will be charged.
• The remainder of any deposits paid to Eco Trilha Viagens e Turismo will be refunded.
If a trip is canceled between 90 and 45 days prior to start date:
• Any cancellation fees, surcharges, or non-refundable deposits charged to Eco Trilha Viagens e Turismo by individual hotels or other third parties will be charged.
• Additionally, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total trip cost will apply.
• The remainder of any deposits paid to Eco Trilha Viagens e Turismo will be refunded.
If a trip is canceled between 45 and 30 days prior to start date:
• Any cancellation fees, surcharges, or non-refundable deposits charged to Eco Trilha Viagens e Turismo by individual hotels or other third parties will be charged.
• Additionally, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total trip cost will apply.
• The remainder of any deposits paid to Eco Trilha Viagens e Turismo will be refunded.
If a trip is canceled within 30 days prior to arrival date
• 100% cancellation fees will apply.
• No refunds will be made.

It is strongly recommend that each client purchases comprehensive tripc ancellation insurance (to be purchased through a third party insurer)
