Day 1: Upon arrival at Auberge du Vin, enjoy a walk around the vineyards or just relax in the garden with a glass of wine before a welcome wine tasting of Rhone wines by the pool. 
In the evening, enjoy a delicious 4-course dinner of local produce paired with local wines. 
Day 2: Depart to the wine village of Châteauneuf du Pape (30 minutes away) in a luxury air conditioned minibus. Mike Rijken will share his extensive knowledge and guide you around the top estates of this world famous medieval village. You will have the chance to try the rare white Chateauneuf du Pape wines and match them with different foods for lunch.

Visit the cru village of Gigondas and taste a selection of their roses and reds. Visit a family run winery which showcases the best of this village and take a short walk to the top of the Roman ruins for a panorama of the area.
Next, drive to “Chez Serge”, a great French restaurant in Carpentras, run by Serge Ghoukassian, France's Sommelier of the Year in 2008 and a passionate advocate for wines of the Rhone Valley. 
Day 3: Today you will have the chance to experience the wines and beauty of the Luberon Valley. Mike is an expert in this appellation and will show you the region's hidden gems.
Lunch will be enjoyed in the “red ochre” village of Roussillon, on a sun drenched terrace of a local restaurant. Next, discover the Ventoux region, home to the magnificent Mt Ventoux which looks down on some world class vineyards. More wine tasting!
Enjoy a nice dinner at the local winery Domaine Croix des Pins, which uses organic produce and their own wines to create stylish Provençal dishes. 
Day 4: Relaxing breakfast before departure. Late check out possible.
