The tour starts in Dubrovnik, and after a one hour drive, you will arrive in the medieval town of Ston, famous for walls built in the 13th century by the Dubrovnik Republic, now officially the second longest defensive walls after the Chinese Wall.
You will see the Salt Factory, one of the oldest of its kind, which has been using only the sun, wind and sea water to make salt for centuries.
After a short drive from Ston, hop on a boat with a small oyster grower for a visit to an oyster farm. Here you will taste fresh oysters and match them with superb Croatian wines. You will also enjoy an olive oil tasting.
