Join this 3-hour cooking class and wine tasting course in Uzes, Languedoc, and learn how to cook the vibrant food of the Mediterranean to taste wine like a professional.
Sunny Languedoc is the perfect place for cooking, with its ingredients that burst with flavour and sunshine, its ancient traditions, its close connection with the land, and its vines and history. The course takes place in a beautiful 16th century building in the very heart of Uzes.
First, Petra from Le Pistou cookery school will teach a 2-hour, hands-on cookery class. Using the freshest ingredients you will master the art of cooking delicious Mediterranean dishes.
Next, you will attend a 1-hour, tutored wine tasting with a WSET-qualified wine guide and discover the skills involved in tasting wine.
After the wine tasting you will be treated to an amazing lunch paired with wine for a chance to use your newly-found tasting skills!
