This 3-hour wine tasting with an expert teacher will show you how to pair a selection of different foods with their perfect wine.
The course takes place in a gorgeous 16th century house complete with impressive vaulted ceilings.
After discussing and tasting 5 wines, you will have a chance to practice the key principles of food and wine pairings with a selection of different regional dishes.
At the end of the tasting, you will take home all the information you've learnt as well as your checklists and tasting notes, so you can practice your newly acquired skills and impress your family and friends.
