Various stops will allow you to taste the best of the local specialties: the famous Coussins de Lyon. This inimitable recipe of chocolate and marzipan takes the shape of the cushions of silky Lyonnais. Since the 1960s, it has become one of the emblems of local heritage. Pralines, famous pink candy made of an almond coated with sugar, but also cold cuts, cheeses, quenelles, chocolates and wines, the tastings vary according to the seasons.
