Domaine des Aspras was first opened in the 1960s by Lisa Latz and her husband. Planting vines in this small village, they begin growing and cultivating grapes for the production of wine. Today Domaine des Aspras is still a family-run winery with their son Michael maintaining his parents’ creation with his three sons. Using the original, traditional methods of his parents whilst bringing in more modern technologies, Michael has succeeded in producing a quality organic wine typical of the region.Located in the beautiful region of Provence in the peaceful village of Correns, this organic winery is surrounded by impressive limestone hills. Correns is subject to an extraordinary microclimate which creates the perfect winemaking conditions; it also boasts skilled artists and sculptors, so you will be sure to find some beautiful art pieces on display.
