Celebrating the enchantment of a wine-growing land

Product ID: 51636
Description

Discover Metinella, a Montepulciano-based estate in the heart of the famous wine-growing area of Nobile, in Tuscany.

Montepulciano is a land where history and art are constantly bonded with everyday life, a land surrounded by gentle slopes illuminated by a bright sunlight that can be appreciated here and nowhere else, a land full of flavours and smells where the breathtaking beauty of the Tuscan countryside is still being protected by nature.

Metinella was established at the end of 2015. Surrounded by gentle slopes arising from Valdichiana valley and with its 18-hectare vineyards, the estate benefits from optimally sun-kissed and well-ventilated hillsides for Sangiovese, Mammolo, Colorino, Canaiolo grape varieties to grow with their excellent avours and body. Along with the olive grove, the vineyards, lying at a height of 350 meters above sea level and beyond, grow on sandy loam soils that owe their origin to the Pliocene epoch

At the core of Metinella philosophy is, indeed, not only a firm belief in tradition but also in modernity and future, focusing primarily on constant quality rather than on quantity.
Metinella's attention has also been turned to wine lovers and tasters: first by selecting the image of the brand with care and,...

At the core of Metinella philosophy is, indeed, not only a firm belief in tradition but also in modernity and future, focusing primarily on constant quality rather than on quantity.
Metinella's attention has also been turned to wine lovers and tasters: first by selecting the image of the brand with care and, second, by designing a customised packaging.
Wine lovers can discover Metinella, its wines and olive oil by visiting the property and the winery and enjoying wine and olive oil tastings paired with local food.
