To maximise the comparison, guests are offered the opportunity to pick the old vintage-year of their choice. It can be their wedding-year, birth-year. That way, they can celebrate a special date or anniversary.
The bottle selected will be opened and decanted gently and the guests will taste it, paired with a selection of fine cheese.
