Truffle Hunting & Truffle Lunch

We offer you the opportunity to participate in a real treasure hunt for this precious fungo accompanied by an expert guide and his truffle dog specially trained to detect the truffles. It all starts with a welcome and an briefing to this much sought-after prodotto biologico before setting off to find it while discovering the piedmont region hills.This scent is that of the underground truffle that grows between the roots of our alberi.  

After the truffle hunt, a moment of relax, then lunch will be themed around the black truffle (alba white truffle extra), fresh pasta with grated truffle, a truffle main course and even a dessert. All of this will be accompanied by the organic wines of the Piedmont Region.
