From the basic concepts of wine, to how to create the perfect pairing between wine and chocolate, our experts are here to help you deepen your knowledge about one of the most iconic beverages in the world, through an unforgettable workshop with a theme of your choosing:
1. How to Taste Wine: explore the basic concepts surrounding wine. Learn how to taste it, terms commonly used to describe it and how to feel more confident choosing wine.
2. Uncorking Port Wine: learn about the magic of Port Wine, and discover its origin, how it's made, and what makes it one of the most exquisite beverages in the world.
3. Portuguese Wine Regions: discover Portugal through its wine. Learn about 5 different portuguese wine regions and its specifications in terms of climate, soil and main grape varieties, through tasting wines from these territories.
4. Wine Pairing with 20|20 Chocolate: understand the key elements of a perfect pairing between wine and chocolate. Includes the tasting of 5 chocolates from our brand 20|20.
All classes last approximately 45 minutes and include a tasting of 5 different wines. They are available everyday from 11:00am until 06:30pm.
You can choose the theme of your workshop on the spot, no prior decision required.
