The menù will be connected with the season, so seasonal specialities from the vegetable garden and product from local Tuscan producers will be used:

-Selection of Pecorino Cheese from Pienza paired with local honey and marmelade from a local producer

-Olives and vegetables in oil

-Fresh fruit

-Tuscan bread and handmade focaccia
