A guided tour of the vineyards (weather permitting), the historical cellars and the Castle’s Italian Gardens. Lunch will be served in one of the castle’s Renaissance dining rooms.

Paired with: Pappardelle with wild boar sauce, “Stufato contadino” (stew beef) with a seasonal vegetable and Selection of local Pecorino (sheep) cheese in various styles.
