Cooking Class at Decugnano dei Barbi

A local cook and an English speaking Wine Educator run the traditional cooking classes in Saint Mary of Decugnano chapel. The initial tour will be followed by the preparation of a 4-course meal, where you will play an active role in the making of each dish.
The menu, always in season and strictly linked to the culinary tradition of Orvieto, will be served in the Chapel together with 5 of the estate's wines.
 

The sleek Decugnano dei Barbi’s apron will be given to the clients as a memory of the class.
 

You will taste five wines: Spumante Brut Metodo Classico, Tramonto d'Estate (Rosè Igt), Mare Antico (Orvieto Classico Superior Doc), AD1212 (Umbria Igt) and Pourriture Noble (Orvieto Classico Muffa Nobile Doc).
