Description

Whether you're a whisky lover or a whisky learner, you're bound to get a taste for it in the beautiful region of Speyside with this full-day tour.

Visit two distinct distilleries and learn about the incredible history, process and flavours of Scotland's national drink.

The tour starts in Aberdeen and you will delve straight into the home of whisky, the Speyside region.

Your first stop will be at the Speyside Cooperage where you will find out how the beautiful oak casks are made before enjoying lunch at a local restaurant.

Next, visit Cardhu Distillery. This whisky is famously easy to drink for beginners but also has enough depth to impress the connoisseurs.

Head to one of the most famous distilleries in the world, Glenfiddich. The huge stills here and classic architecture are exactly what you’d imagine a Scottish distillery to be. But be careful in the shop, there’s always a temptation to buy a £300 whisky here!

Finally, enjoy a refreshment stop at Huntly, a quintessential Scottish Highland village, before travelling back to Aberdeen in the evening.
