Looking for a unique Provençal adventure? Experience a traditional French olive harvest in late October/early November, as it has been done for centuries, organically and by hand!
Enjoy a walk through the property and a tour of the fruit trees, vineyards, beehives, Provençal herbs and truffle trees.
Then you'll pick olives by hand in the autumn sun, while you learn everything you ever wanted to know about olive trees: pruning, planting, harvesting and making olive oil.
Finish with a hearty Provençal apéritif with pâté, charcuterie, cheese, baguette and Les Pastras wine.
