Lift the lid of an earthenware tagine and plunge into the wonders of Moroccan cuisine on this 4-hour, small group, cooking workshop. The location for your immersion into Moroccan food is Palais Amani: a beautifully restored riad with a rich history set in the heart of the Fez Medina.
The workshop begins with a visit to the local souks accompanied by the Palais Amani chef. Soak up the sights, sounds and smells as your host points out local produce and explains its use in the local cuisine. Then return to the riad for a hands-on cooking experience in the property’s cooking school. Under the watchful eye of the chef you will prepare a typical Moroccan meal. The workshop concludes with lunch or dinner in the riad’s gardens where you can enjoy the fruits of your labour.
