Chateau Feely

Chateau Feely is an organic and biodynamic vineyard, located one hour from Bordeaux city in Saussignac, Dordogne and offers award-winning visits, luxurious ecological accommodation, and outstanding natural wines.

Certified as organic since 2008 and biodynamic since 2010, Chateau Feely produces its wines from organic biodynamic grapes grown on its 7-hectare vineyard. Minimal intervention takes place in the production of the wines and no animal products are used making the wines both natural and vegan-friendly too.

Since 2014 the owners Sean and Caro have harvested everything by hand and done all the work in the vineyard and winery themselves as they know their own vines and wines so intimately. They use low sulphur dioxide doses when bottling the wines so as not to mask all the effort put into unlocking the individual flavours of each vine. They also create individual wine names for the vineyard specific wines, putting emphasis on the spirit of the wine as opposed to the grape. Some of their star wines include no sulfite added reds Feely 'Grâce' and Feely 'La Source', pure sauvignon blanc Feely 'Sincérité' and barrel aged sémillon 'Générosité'.
