During the tour you will learn about the family and the history of Etna wine, visit the cellar which was built in 1850 and understand the winery’s unique use of chestnut wood barrels. You will also have the chance to see the how the gravitational system of vinification, called “palmento”, worked. This is followed with a wine tasting of 5 wines, each paired with finger-food. The wines could vary among the 8 ones we produce.
