Quinta da Pacheca's Tasting Room is located in the heart of the winery and is the meeting point for all visitors. Here you will find the company's entire range of wines, as well as some rarities such as Reservas, Old Port's, homemade jams, olive oisl, and other regional products from the Douro Valley.
Quinta da Pacheca can be visited at any time, every season there is a new experience to be enjoyed, such as cooking classes, grape stomping or picnics. You will be guided around the property and learn about its history, as well as the winemaking processes used to produce the wines. A tasting of Quinta da Pacheca wines is a must, in order to experience the true spirit of the Douro.
After a tour and tasting, visitors can enjoy a varied and tempting menu which respects the concept of traditional Portuguese cuisine and uses the typical products of Douro in the Wine House Restaurant.
The winery also boasts one of the most well-known units of 'tourism of charm' of the Douro Valley, the Wine House Hotel. Having the vineyard and the wine as its inspiration and environment, it is geared towards gastronomic and oenological tourism, combining the modern and avant-garde image with sobriety and elegance.

An expert host will lead you through a 45 minutes immersion into the rich history along with current vineyard and winemaking operations.
At the conclusion of your guided property exploration, each tour guest receives a complimentary wine tasting with 4 wines (2 table wines + 2 port wines).
The program starts with a brief presentation of Quinta da Pacheca followed by the Kitchen Workshop activity with wine tasting (1 DOC + 1 Porto)
Traditional Cooking Workshop - includes the preparation of 3 starters, 1 main dish (to choose) and dessert.
