Their aim is to support local producers and farmers, prompting them to choose their tour locations based on relationships with providers who guarantee guests will experience the best in Roman food culture.
PLEASE NOTE: Group tours must consist of a minimum of 2 people and run on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Private tours run every day except Sundays and the price is for two people. If you want to add more people to a private tour, you can pay an additional fee of €75.

100% payment required at time of booking.

Currency conversion is supplied as a guide only; the exchange rate used by your bank may vary. The final payment will be charged in the local or original local currency shown.


Cancellation Policy

There is a €20 service fee per person for cancellations made before 15 days before the tour. Within 4-6  days of tour, cancellation will result in a 25% refund. Tours cannot be cancelled within 72 hours. Entrance fees cannot be refunded (as per policy of sites). Vatican tour times/dates cannot be changed If there is some sort of emergency or travel issues, the operator can try to change tour dates and times, but only if they are advised within 48 hours. They have a 10-minute waiting policy. Late shows will not be given the extra time at the end of the tour, and no-shows will not be refunded. Start time is agreed on at time of booking.

Ettore and Sarah Moved to Italy together in 2005, where they share a house in the countryside with dogs, cats, a large garden and they harvest their own olives and make their own olive oil and a wine made from local Laziale grape Malvasia Puttinata. Both share a combined love and passion for food, wine and Italy's culture. They both are certified sommeliers and have been leading wine and food tours in and around Rome, in the Lazio region since 2006. Sarah is a professor of wine and teaches a course called Wines of Italy at the Instituto Lorenzo de Medici in Rome.
