Tour Overview
Discover the third biggest island in Adriatic sea, just 50 min ferry ride from Split. On this wine tasting tour we will take you to Bra? island inland where you will see traditional estate and get introduction in local wine making. Charming Nere?iš?e village will be highlight of our day trip where our hosts will tell us everything about wine making. On this tour you will have wine tasting of 2 local sorts of wine paired with local food and snacks – dried figs, olive oil, anchovies, fish pate, home made bread, goats cheese, prosciutto. Optionally you can try authentic Bra? island sweets and local Dalmatian desert wine Prošek. Along with wine tasting you will try rakija – home made liquor (grappa) made from various fruits. Wines tasted on this tour are famous red wine Plavac mali, traditional sort for Dalmatia region; and ?lahtina, tasty white wine.
