Join us for a 5-day food and wine retreat at the luxurious L’Orangerie villa in Duras from May 7-12, 2023. Hosted by wine expert Nicolle Croft and chef Yann Florio, this retreat promises an exceptional experience.
Chef Yann Florio, a third-generation chef from Lorraine in the North East of France, will prepare all meals from seasonal and local produce. You’ll enjoy specially created menus in partnership with Nicolle Croft on the wine selection, including two food and wine matching dinners. Nicolle will lead two exceptional wine tours to the Right Bank Saint-Émilion/Pomerol and the Left Bank Pessac Leognan, Graves and Sauternes, where you’ll visit prestigious properties and meet the winemakers.
Guests will stay in the historic L’Orangerie villa, boasting six spacious ensuite bedrooms, two superbly-equipped kitchens, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. In addition to the wine and food pairings, there will be plenty of time to relax by the pool, visit the local country market, walk or bike in the countryside, do yoga, have a massage, or just enjoy the views of the valley below with the backdrop of the historic Château de Duras.
